A new shopping centre planned as an urban development project with a central location in a small city in north-east Anatolia. Western in character, with a market hall, integrated multi-storey shopping arcades and a four-star hotel, including several restaurants on the upper floors, it is intended to increase the attractiveness of the region beyond regional borders and support tourism and international business.
